Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Time: 8-15 business days for delivery once your order ships
  • Total Delivery Window: Please allow 9-18 business days for your order to arrive from the date of purchase

Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard shipping (8-15 business days) for all orders. Your tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. International orders may experience additional customs delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building's mail room
  • Look for delivery notifications regarding where the package was left
  • Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate your package
